SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and pincode. Free shipping is available on all purchases above ₹2000.
Your order will be dispatched through either our in-house delivery team or our trusted courier partner Delivery. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email from BRILL containing your tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey
Returns:
BRILL cannot accept returns after the order is successfully placed and payment is made by the buyer.
Exchange:
At BRILL, we care about the quality of every order. Exchanges are accepted for purchases made through our website (LINK) under the following conditions:
• Exchanges are allowed only if the product delivered is damaged or past its expiry date. Any approved exchange will be settled with store credit only.
• Customers must inform BRILL of their request to exchange within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• For verification, please email clear photos of the product along with the batch number to BRILL at (EMAIL).
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share instructions to return the item to:

Cancellation & Refund Policy
At BRILL, we aim to process every order promptly to ensure quick delivery.
Once an order has been successfully placed and processed through our payment gateway, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Refunds will only be considered under the situations mentioned below, and any approved refund will be provided as store credit:
• If BRILL is unable to ship your order and you do not receive the products within 30 days of purchase.
• If the delivery address is in a location that is not serviceable by our courier partners.
Please note: Refunds are not applicable for damaged items. Such cases will be addressed through our [Exchange Policy].
We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds if a customer wishes to return a product because they no longer want it, don’t like it, or feel it doesn’t match expectations after delivery.
Refunds will also not be issued in the following situations:
• Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
• Recipient unavailable at the mentioned address during delivery.
• Refusal to accept the order at the time of delivery.
• Delivery made to the person or location specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer themselves.
• Unforeseen circumstances or natural events beyond our control (force majeure).
• Products that have been opened, altered, or tampered with after delivery.
