Brill Return & Refund Policy

At Brill, we take pride in delivering premium-quality dry fruits. We aim to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. If you are not completely satisfied due to a damaged, wrong, or different product received, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return

• Returns are accepted only within 7 days of receiving your order.
• A return is applicable only if:
• The product received is damaged,
• The product is wrong, or
• The product is different from what was ordered.
• To qualify for a return, you must provide an unboxing video and clear photos of the product as proof.

Return Process

1. Request a Return:

• Contact us at [your email/contact link] within 7 days of delivery.
• Share your order details, photos, and the unboxing video for verification.

2. Verification:

• Our team will review your request. If approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send the package.

3. Shipping the Product Back:

• Only items returned using the provided shipping label will be accepted.
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products without an unboxing video and photos.
• Products returned without prior return approval.
• Opened or partially used products (unless received in damaged or wrong condition).
